Part of porridge's glory is the simplicity of its formula

Check out our video which REVEALS ALL on how we make our signature Golden Spurtle World Championship Winning Porridge!

  1. Prepare an oat mix of half medium and half steel cut oats
  2. Use a mug to measure out oats and water in a 3:1 ratio
  3. Add one teaspoon of salt for every cup of oats
  4. Put the oats and water in a pan and bring to a boil
  5. Use a spurtle to stir the oats until they are creamy
  6. Serve with butter and brown sugar to taste
